MT HEALTHY FIGHTING OWL MARCHING BAND
2018 Leadership Application

By submitting this application form, I am stating that I wish to be eligible for selection for Band Council or Field Commander.  I agree to be on time and present to all band functions if I am selected as a leader.  I also understand that if I fail to be a member in good standing of the band, am tardy or not present for required band functions, or are otherwise disrespectful to any band student, parent volunteer, or staff member, I face possible dismissal from my position as drum major/section leader as well as possible further discipline.  I also agree to be a positive influence on all aspects of the band and represent the Mt. Healthy City School District in a positive way at all times.
